The Romulan miner Nero is, without a doubt, the ultimate villain in the Star Trek series. He comes in a complete package known as antagonist, with the death of his wife and his unborn child and the destruction of his home planet as the supreme justification of his evil acts against Ambassador Spock and the entire Federation of United Planets. Nero is no simple, naive miner. In fact, he was captain of the huge mining vessel Narada, the same ship he used to attack the Vulcan race, the USS Kelvin, and the planet Earth, the origin and principal headquarters of the Federation.
There are two Nero costume packages for adults, the classic and deluxe versions, and they both come in standard and extra large sizes. Both of these costumes comprise Nero’s distinctive long brown trench coat with the signature villain tails and an attached black shirt. However, they do not include Nero’s black pants and black loafers, but this can be easily remedied by staple pieces that are sure to be found in your own closet. The difference between the classic and deluxe packages is that the latter’s adult mask is of superior quality. Both masks are made from high-quality latex and feature Nero’s distinctive Romulan tattoo on his hairless head.
